Carol has researched with great admiration the lives of her ancestors in Australia, going back to the First Fleet. She now enjoys writing stories based on their journeys through life and the inspiring history of the Australian people. As well as writing novels, Carol is involved in leadership in her local church, has a private counselling practice and enjoys reading, gardening, bushwalking and spending time with her children and four grandchildren. She lives with her husband, Neil, in Wollongong, NSW.
